KIRYU ALOHA
Pattern dyeing Sentsubaki XL
Pattern dyeing Sentsubaki XL
Aloha shirt with small pattern of red and white camellia dyed all over.
The camellia is a tree native to Japan, and was considered the most auspicious tree in ancient times.
Camellia has been considered a noble flower since ancient times as a tree whose leaves are green all year round (does not wither) and has been considered auspicious and useful as oil, cosmetics, and medicine.
Because of this history, camellia has come to have the meaning of ``warding off evil spirits'' and is considered a sacred tree.
The camellia is also considered a symbol of "patience" and "vitality" because of its dignified blooming appearance even in the harsh winter.
